Can you customize touch film sizes and irregular shapes? What's the MOQ?
Yes — any size from 7" to 110", any aspect ratio, with custom-shape/curved/flexible cutting. MOQ is only 1 pc for samples and 50–100 pcs for mass production depending on size.
Will your touch film work with my existing LED/LCD screen?
Yes — our KIT SERIES (21.5"–110") is designed as a bare-film + controller board kit for DIY lamination onto customer-owned displays. Just provide your panel model and thickness; our FAE confirms compatibility within 24 hours.
Which operating systems and interfaces are supported?
Standard USB plug-and-play for Windows, Android, Linux — no driver needed for most systems; I2C interface available for embedded/ARM boards. We provide drivers and SDK for Windows/Android.
Is the touch film usable outdoors in sunlight and rain?

How many touch points and what's the response time?
All series support 10-point simultaneous multi-touch with <3ms response time (SHOWCASE <5ms), enabling smooth writing, gestures, and multi-user interaction on interactive tables and smart blackboards.
How fast can I get samples? What does the sampling process look like?
Standard sizes ship in 3–5 days; custom sizes in 7–12 days including drawing confirmation. Process: share drawings → FAE review → sample → test → mass production. FAE supports you from concept to volume production.
Can you supply complete touch displays instead of just film?
Yes — ALL-IN-ONE series (32"–86") integrates touch film + LED backlight + LCD panel at only 18mm thickness, up to 4K, plug-and-play with Windows/Android dual OS. MINI series (7"–21.5") covers smart terminals with <0.5W standby.
What optical treatments are available (anti-glare, anti-fingerprint)?
Surface treatments include AG (anti-glare), AR (anti-reflective), AF (anti-fingerprint), plus privacy film and mirror-finish options for smart mirror applications. All films feature >92% transmittance with <3μm metal-mesh lines — zero visual interference.
What certifications do your touch products have?

What specifications should I provide when sourcing custom-size PCAP touch film?

What is the difference between PCAP touch film and a touch overlay kit?
